Radish Quiche

  • Dough for Crust (Pillsbury of something similar)

  • 10 eggs

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 red onion

  • Goat cheese

  • Chives

  • GoodHealthy Radishes

  • S&P

  1. Bake dough for 10 minutes at 400, in greased 9x13in dish

  2. Mis 6 eggs, 4 egg yolks and heavy cream in bowl and add to top of dough

  3. Layer goat cheese, red onion, chives and S&P on top of egg mixture

  4. Bake another 20 minutes, add radishes and bake another 5 minutes
