GoodHealthy Kale Pesto

3 cups GoodHealthy Kale, torn and packed
1/2 cup raw cashews
2 cloves garlic (roast or sauté first)
1 1/4 - 1 1/2 olive oil
1-2 cups basil, packed
Juice of one lemon
Add raw cashews to bowl ,covered with water and let sit for at least 4 hours.
After raw cashews have absorbed the water, add kale, cashews, garlic and basil in food processor until finely chopped.
While food processor is running add olive oil, lemon juice, S&P.
Pulse until smooth
