Radish Avocado Toast

We’re no stranger to the avocado toast game, but we’re pretty sure these local and organic GoodHealthy radishes takes things to a new level. This recipe uses the whole radish, which we love, with the greens placed beautifully between the radish and avocado. Make a slice (or two) for breakfast, lunch or a snack. You can thank us later.

RADISH AVOCADO TOAST

  • 1 slice of your favorite bread, toasted

  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and sliced lengthwise

  • 3 - 4 radishes, sliced lengthwise, greens reserved

  • Pinch of coarse ground sea salt

  • Pinch of freshly cracked black pepper

  • Pinch of sesame seeds

  • Zest and juice of 1/4 lemon

1. Place sliced avocado on top of toasted bread. We suggest rye or marble bread, but any bread will work.

2. Arrange sliced radishes on top of the avocado, tucking a few radish greens between the radishes and avocados.

3. Sprinkle on sea salt, black pepper and sesame seeds.

4. Top with a squeeze of lemon juice and fresh zest
